Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Plant Machinery Trading's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Valuation Process

All valuations provided are provisional and based on the information and photographs you supply. The final offer may be subject to change upon physical inspection of the machinery.

• Valuations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
• Final offers may be revised if undisclosed issues are discovered
• You must provide accurate information about the machinery's condition

Collection and Payment

Subject to agreement:

• We arrange collection at a mutually convenient time
• Payment is made on the same day as collection
• Machinery must be as described and in roadworthy condition
• Changes or cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees

Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your machinery
• Disclose any mechanical faults or damage
• Ensure machinery is available for collection as agreed
• Provide all relevant documentation and paperwork

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel the agreement with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or failed collections due to inaccurate information may result in cancellation fees.

Limitation of Liability

Plant Machinery Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
